Third-round draft pick Oshiomogho "O.J." Atogwe has signed a three-year contract with the Rams.

Atogwe, a safety from Stanford, could compete for a starting job as a rookie.

In addition, offensive guard Richie Incognito has agreed to terms and will sign a three-year deal with the team pending the successful completion of his physical.

Incognito, who last played at Nebraska, also was chosen in the third round, 15 spots behind Atogwe.

Once Incognito signs, the Rams will have seven of their 11 draft picks under contract.

Remaining unsigned are first-round draft pick Alex Barron, an offensive tackle from Florida State; second-rounder Ronald Bartell Jr., a cornerback from Howard; and a pair of sixth-rounders from Ball State -- wide receiver Dante Ridgeway and punter Reggie Hodges.

Barron, Ridgeway and Hodges are all represented by agent Roosevelt Barnes. Ridgeway and Hodges may not sign until Barron does.
