    Re: Injury Update

Maybe Holt will play ony a few downs and it'll be the opportunity to let Furrey, McDonald and Curtis on the lose!

Antuan Edwards, is he for real as a backup (when healthy)? :tough:

    Re: Injury Update

He played pretty well as a starter in Miami. I think we can expect the same as a backup here.

When healthy, he's for real as a starter.

He's not a backup by any means. He came here to start.

    Re: Injury Update

Can't remember if I got this from FANBALL or KFFL:

    Rams: Holt not seeing double

    The News

Rams' wide receiver Torry Holt is going to be fine. Holt passed a battery of tests the Rams' team doctors gave him and is not experiencing any dizziness after suffering a concussion on Sunday. Holt has been practicing with the team all week and should be in the line-up against the Bills.

    Our View

While it is good news that Holt is apparently over the concussion, it is bad news that the Rams are not going to be playing at home. Holt has averaged less than 30 yards in each of the Rams' last three away games and the Bills are the fifth best team against the pass this season.

I'm sure Holt will be starting on Sunday.

    Re: Injury Update

I hope Torry starts on Sunday, but even if he doesn't, it looked like we were pretty good without him against Seattle. I certainly won't be writing the game off if Holt isn't dressed.

    Re: Injury Update

Our local sports station (KFAN) in Minnesota said he is out. I wouldn't count on it though.

    Re: Injury Update

    Latest form KFFL or Fanball:

    November 19, 2004 8:41 PM ET
    Rams: Holt upgraded

    The News

Wide receiver Torry Holt has practiced all week and was upgraded from questionable to probable on the Rams' injury report on Friday. Holt suffered a concussion in Sunday's game against the Seahawks, but he has passed a series of neurological exams administered by team doctors and will play this week against the Bills.

    Our View

Holt has been cleared by the medical staff, now he has no excuses for not improving on his recent road numbers. Torry has averaged less than 30 yards a game the last three times the Rams played away from St. Louis. Fantasy owners will need more than that from a guy who labeled himself as"Big Play".
