Heres my take on this. IF the Rams have already hired the head coach as of now as OldRamsFan stated above then theres no way that the Rams hired anyone who is coaching in the NFL right now because they can't hire anyone who is still coaching before the playoffs are over since that would be tampering. My next thought would be that the Rams need to interview a minority candidate as per the NFL rule, soooooooooooooo hypothetically speaking they could have interviewed Art Shell and hired him because that would fulfill the Rams obligation to interview an minority candidate and also theres no tampering considering that Shell isn't coaching anywhere right now. These are just my thoughts going by what was posted earlier by OldRamsFan.

Thanks for your reply post , I have been some what hammered by some and so I just dont want to come across disrespectfull towards anyones opinion if I misunderstood our post thank you for pointing it out ...

I dont know this thread seemed to take on a life of its own ... From whats been said from different areas around the NFL and here Iam not sure were its going ... I do know shaw is not been honest and I dont anyone who really knows at this point , as far as this thread it depends if we continue to post on it , If posts are made I will continue to post as well ...
