Isaac Bruce and General Counsel

I have just completed the worst 36 hours of my life. My best friend, the closest person in the world to me after my wife and brother, died at 630am sunday after an operation that he had a 99% chance of surviving. Not that they are in the same hemishpere of importance, but sunday night i hear the rams cut isaac bruce.

I will be on and off the board for a while while i try to sort my life out. I wont completely be gone, but i am struggling to make sense of the world and need to step back to get some perspective. Thus, until i get my head together, you wont be seeing me day and night on the board.

Very very very sorry to hear that man! God works in mysterious ways. Its sad though when one of your good friends passes away. Maybe your friend would have only gotten worse and God figured it was the time to let go. Although I hope thats not it I hope you get your life sorted out! Very Very sorry to hear that sir!

Sorry to hear you lost your best friend GC. Two of my best friends died recently (the first from a heart attack two years ago, and the other last year due to a skiing accident that I witnessed). You'll never "get over it", but try to cherish the good times you had together, and talk with them during periods you are alone. I do often, and yes I cry because I miss them. Remembering the good times with them during these moments as I talk to the sky does help bring a smile on my face, and I thank them for making my life richer even though they are gone now. I have one "best" friend left, and I've threatened to kill him should he leave me too (like that makes alot of sense). Take care my ClanRam brother.

Sorry to hear that GC. Best friends are hard to find and hard to lose. Hang in there.

It's been a difficult weekend for me as well. My Dad had a heart attack on friday. It was a close call. Luckly they called 911 and got a quick response.

Life is precious.
We all need to appreciate the time that we get here on earth and the good friends that we have.
