That is a good question haha, but he aint the first, and he certainly wont be the last coordinator to switch teams. Im sure they got it all figured out.

I think he takes his old one and makes some minor changes:
- crosses out the word "Jets" on the front and replaces it with "Rams"
- crosses out the comment pointing towards the QB position stating "doesn't listen"
- instead of "attitude problem" being written under one of the receiver positions he writes "Blackmon"

Except this last year, his playbook has three plays...

and he did that very effectively.

Let's face it, they did have wr talent on the field, they just lack talent off the field (ie.burress, holmes et al)
