It's morning in Rams Nation again.....

The Rams have 3 wins in the past 4 games.

Prior to that, the Rams had 3 wins in the previous 38 games.

What is absolutely amazing about that is....

We started the year with receivers being a weak link.

We then lost our #1 receiver.

    Replaced him.

And then again lost our #1 receiver.

    Replaced him.

And did I mention the rookie quarterback and the rookie left tackle?

We may not make the playoffs but a few more wins and this season will be more miraculous then the year Warner came from no where and won us the Super Bowl.

I hear you. The Rams definitely should have won the opener vs. Arizona. But, at this point, there's no sense in looking back.

The Rams have two winnable games coming up. If they can win both, they'll be 5-3 at the midpoint of the season.

When the season started, who would have balked at a 5-3 (heck, even a 4-4) first half of the season?

Yeah, I know...The way I look at it is we had to steal one back.

We did that by beating SD. Now I think TB will be a win, but I really fear Carolina because of the matchups.

We just don't have a nice matchup with Carolina.

If we are 5-3 at the bye, you are right, I will forget about the first 2 games.

But, if we have 4-4 or 3-5 that will burn me. Our run game really needs to open some holes for the RB's hopefully the healthy TE's can help in this area.

Come on boyz don't let up...

Of the 13 teams on our schedule, the one that scares me the least, by far, is Carolina. Now, it is the NFL, and any team can win on any given Sunday, but what is it exactly that you "really fear" about Carolina? What matchups are you talking about?

    Just curious.

Yea, I doubt we have to fear Carolina. Maybe older carolina teams, but this new one does not really scare me. But then again, it could be a trap game if Niners beat them this week and carolina comes in looking for their first win. Their QB situation is more muddled than ours was last year. In essence we can put 9 in the box, pass or run lol. Matt Moore or Clausen will start throwing picks then.

The Panthers are the least frightening team. Steve Smith doesn't look the same. They have ABSOLUTELY NO QB, like somebody pointed out, it was worse than our's last year. The runningbacks haven't performed either, not sure whether that is the O Line or the RB's. Also our vicious pass rush will get to their QB...feels good saying that

I have to agree. No team should be overlooked, but that Panther offense has not been able to put anything together. The defense has been good, but not great. Though I will say, I'm not excited about throwing the ball in Godfrey's direction.
