When Billy and Spags cut Jabara Williams I was bummed. He was our 7th rd pick in 2011, in preseason he just seemed to be in the right spot and made some nice tackles. Thats why I was glad to see Les and Fisher right the wrong and sign him back to the Rams practice squad. I hope he gets a good look in 2013.
It just seemed that Spags and Billy where in the desperate to win now mode. You have to have some raw guys to develop instead of old guys that can't play anymore.

Of all the cuts they made that year, Jabara Williams and Thad Lewis were the ones that suprised me. They both outperformed players at their respective positions, that were kept on the roster.
Glad he's back and hope he gets a real opportunity, because outside of Safety and maybe an OLineman or two, I see OLB opposite Jo Lonn Dunbar as our biggest need.

I bet when the new Rams coaching staff was looking at all the film on the Rams to evaluate the players, Jabara Williams stood out. As soon as he was available this staff signed him.
