Exactly! :frown:
The LEAST Jenkins could / should do for now is agree to these conditions. He should at least be smart enough to understand the Rams side of the deal in that he really is a risk and they, the Rams and JJ, need to work together to formulate a protection plan for this kind of player.

I'd venture to say he'd probably agree to just about anything if you're about to make him a millionaire. But like I said, hopefully he won't resent the Rams.

I don't think any one would resent a group of people that make you a better person on and off the field

That's of course, assuming he sees it that way.

In the words of Stephen A. Smith, this is "disrespectful" to say the least, but I guess a company is going to do what they can to try to protect their "investment". Still unless you have a personal babysitter for a guy, he can be rolling a blunt and talking to you at the same time when you do your daily 'checks" via telephone & you wouldn't know the difference; but oh well, we''ll all soon see if this pans out. Still this just seems over the top.

Going from what I've seen from his recent interviews, Jenkins is getting annoyed and frustrated with all the talk of his off field issues. If the Rams can help him make that go away and get the media talking with him about football, I'm sure he will be happy.
