Jets need WR help -- lets trade Brandon Gibson for a 7th round pick

U do know Gibby has produced more this season than D rich right? Gibby is out #1 WR i dont know who in there right mind would trade a #1 WR though the first 4 games for a 7th rounder


When i say #1 i mean the WR1 that lines up on the outside...Danny boy is our inside guy

I am not a fan of Brandon Gibson by any stretch of the imagination. And there hopefully will come a day in the not-too-distant-future where the guy is considered expendable and is shown the door. But that day isn't here yet and in fact the coaches feel he is one of their better options at receiver, which is why he's starting. To give him up for anyone, much less a future low round pick would not be smart.

Well you can just call me a hater. A guy who catches ever other pass thrown in his hands or at his chest is not someone to help bradford. We are building around bradford and Gibson isn't the answer. Let him finish the year to atleast try and earn a spot. If not, we'll be lucky to get a pack of now-and-laters for him.

I'd do this deal in a heartbeat.

I'm not sure I've ever seen so much enthusiasm for trading away a starter for the least possible compensation. The odds of this being a net positive for the team would seem very low.
