Rams o Line v Falcons d Line
If the Rams contain their D Line ..... we win
What do you think is the key ?
Yes, O-line containing their D-line, but Martz needs to give them some help with strategic play calling. Mix in the run, screens, reverses, if they start to tee off. Let them feel the thud of Jackson early, soften em up a little. Siapai needs to have a solid game on that right side, it'll show us if we'll be looking for another RT for next year.
Picket, Kennedy, Lewis, Hargrove, Fisher need to let it all hang out.
We'll see just how much speed we do have tonight.
Go Rams

It's an axiom, but it couldn't be more true for this game. It will be won and lost in the trenches. If Bulger is given time the rams might be able to score more than 17 points this time around. This means that Timmerman and Nutten, who are both being held together by duct tape right now, must play better than Dishman and a then healthy Timmerman did in week two. The Rams o-line has not had a lot of success against physical and active front sevens this year (e.g. Miami, Buffalo, Atlanta).
However, another important factor will be whether the rams LB's can play over their heads. It will be Pisa, Thomas and Polley's ability remain disciplined in the face of Vick's scrambles and designed bootlegs/draws that win or lose this game for the rams. Personally, I haven't seen the rams' starting linebackers demonstrate that they have what it takes to deliver the goods versus runners with any ability to make cut backs. Both Vick and Dunn are great at cutting back against the grain.
1. Keep Vick in the pocket.
2. Protect Bulger.
3. Be at least even on turnover battle.
As they say in The Longest Yard, "PROTECT YOUR QUARTERBACK!!!!!"
It would also be nice to score td's when we get in the red zone, not turn it over and play reasonably well on special teams.
ramming speed to all, please look for me on TV!
general counsel
Make Vick see little Ram Heads everytime he touches the ball would be a good start and stop Kerney and Coleman rushing Bulger. If we can do any of this we will win hands down if not it will be a hard fought game and the winner will deserve it.
Attitude. Pure and simple.
Are they prepared to deal with unlucky bounces, unfortunate injuries, and unintended ref calls? Can they get hit and get back up? Can they push their assignment up and down the field?
It's attitude in the playoffs ... who wants it more.
+/-; The D NEEDS TO CREATE SOME TURNOVERS.
GO RAMS ! :ramlogo:
Score more points than the yard birds?
Mind your manners and don't get more then 5 penalties.
Don't force anything.
Don't turn it over.
Spy Vick
Jump out to an early lead and make vick throw the ball.
Play special teams like last week.
Refs need to call penalties on the falcon secondary just as the rules say they are suppose to be called
