Jim Thomas, writing for the Sporting News, reports there are some at Rams Park who feel that St. Louis Rams RB Marshall Faulk (knees) will not be back in 2006 and will retire. His knees have been slow to recover from yet another round of offseason surgery, and his communication hasn't been the best with new head coach Scott Linehan.
Rams | Witherspoon looking at home in the middle
Fri, 16 Jun 2006 20:28:28 -0700
Jim Thomas, writing for the Sporting News, reports St. Louis Rams LB Will Witherspoon looks at home at middle linebacker in his early weeks in the Rams' revamped defense under new defensive coordinator Jim Haslett. The defensive scheme is still being installed and will evolve to some degree in training camp. No matter its final makeup, Witherspoon will never leave the field.
Damn I love that last part!

Re: KFFL Notes
That is the difference between Spoon and Coakley. Spoon can play every down making him an even bigger free agent signing. We should be great at LB with he and Pisa both being superstars.
