Re: KFFL Rams Notes-Hamilton returns...
Just found this:
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The St. Louis Rams have agreed to terms on one-year contracts with DT Jason Fisk and CB Kevin Timothee, the team announced today. The team also has signed K Remy Hamilton to a one-year contract and released K Josh Cummings.
Fisk, 6-3, 300, will enter his 12th NFL season in 2006 after playing the 2005 season with Cleveland. For the Browns, the Stanford product started 14 of 16 games and made 50 tackles (20 solo). Fisk also has played for San Diego (2002-04), Tennessee (1999-2001), and Minnesota (1995-98) after being selected by the Vikings in the seventh round (243rd overall) of the 1995 NFL Draft.
Timothee, 5-11, 191, spent the 2005 preseason with Tennessee after signing with the Titans as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Florida International University. Timothee, who spent one week of the 2005 season on the New York Giants’ practice squad, played this past spring for the Amsterdam Admirals of NFL Europe.
Hamilton, 6-0, 190, spent the 2005 preseason with the Rams and the first four weeks of the regular season with the Detroit Lions, playing in one game.
Cummings, 5-10, 175, was signed by the Rams on May 12 as an undrafted rookie free agent from the University of Pittsburgh.

Re: KFFL Rams Notes-Hamilton returns...
I don't see why we signed Timothee over Will Peterson, a veteran.
But what really confuses me is that we signed another CB when we are short at both DL and LB on D, and OL on O!Last edited by RamsFan16; -06-07-2006 at 08:44 PM.

Do you have any idea what the respective prices were of the two corners ramsfan16, because that might explain one over the other. Also, peterson was released because he was injured, maybe we dont think that he is healthy.

Re: Cummings and Hamilton
Neither one is named Wilkens, so this is simply rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic......neither will be a Ram come September.
Re: Timothee
Camp fodder.

The time to sign expensive injured FA's is over, now is the time for bargain basement FA's and undrafted rookies."Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod
