Solid re-signing. Jo Lonns the heart of our D. Now lets draft a Linebacker to replace him eventually. This way... Ray Ray and whoever we draft, slowly but surely take over and Jo Lonn helps them grow. Jo Lonn has been underrated and so glad for everything he's done for us. This 2 year deal is perfect for us and him. Help set up the future LB corps.

I'm a Dunbar fan, hope he can have a big year under Williams as the coordinator. Good news for sure.

I agree; I think he'll fit well with Williams as DC. Could see him getting back towards the numbers he put up in 2012, in terms of getting after the QB.

Perfect! I love Dunbar. One of my favourite players on the team. He's nasty, mean, tough, will smash you in your chin, not afraid to jaw, the first guy to run into a fight. We need that attitude and I feel his intangibles are a huge part of his being. His play isn't bad either! He is a tough guy who helps us in the run department.

    Great re-signing.

I didn't see this one coming I can't even recall hearing the Rams and Dunbar in talks.

They say you need youth, leadership and a veteran presents to make a championship. Am sure the Squawks and the 49whinners remember him.

Dunbar is one of those under the radar, steady performing players with a great heart that is a perfect piece on the defensive chess set. I'm very happy to hear this!

Good to see leaders like Chris give him a huge welcome and a pump up to the FO for the resign. You guys made great points about him, and guys like Ray Ray I think can learn from him as a leader and locker room guy! Agree he will and should click with GW big time. I love the no panic in our front office and organization this frenzy period we are not ready for a push to the super bowl and just looking to improve our roster and get guys back who work for us.

Great move. It means the Rams aren't forced to find a potential starter in the draft but it doesn't preclude them from doing so either.

Greg Williams working with him again feels good and he's a tonesetter for his style of defense even more on the practicefield. Good veteran presence, good roleplayer.

Absolute meh. Journeyman that had 1 solid year in 2012 - and then the next year had a PED suspension. He was OK last year, when he came back from suspension and oh, being outright cut. LOL. But no, I don't think he's a great locker room guy - unless you need to find a source of human growth hormone.
