    Lenny walls sucks

Over here in VA I got to watch the rams and cowboys and I was so dissapointed. Our run defense did very well up to the 4th quarter. our pass rush on the other hand is probably amongst the worst. and now, Lenny walls. That guy cannot cover anybody. He got beat by craton for 2 TD and he got beat by witten alot too. he needs to be cut. I dont want to see him on the field against the cardinals next week.

    Sure looked horrible this week.
Next week we get Brown back for sure, and hopefully Hill will be healthy.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

If Walls isn't cut, he'll be demoted to fourth string. Brown returns to take his starting job, Bartell works in the other spot until Hill is back, and Wade serves as the third corner.

But I didn't think any of our corners really looked all that impressive today. Wade missed some tackles and Bartell just fell down on that Witten touchdown reception.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

Yes you are right but Lenny walls was by far the worst. He id not make one good play all game. He kept getting beat deep and he did not do his assignments well. Hopefully having brown back will help our pass D.

Who expected Lenny Walls to be good in the first place? He's known for sucking.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

I was watching with a Cowboys fan, and it was sad as he was cheering all game long(well, until Fox booted us) and I was always yelling at the screen as I saw Walls look like he was a retarded monkey. Speaking of which, are there any retarded monkeys that are free agents? They'd be able to cover a bit better.

I am not defending the corners, especially walls, but we had NO PASS RUSH AT ALL and that is a MAJOR recipe for disaster.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

Although Lenny Walls wasn't signed as a starting CB, Crayton is not the usual starter as well, he is filling in for an injured Terry Glenn. It became embarassing watching Walls get schooled over and over again when Crayton is not a very fast or elusive receiver as noted numerous times by Aikman and co. 7 catches, 184 yards, 2tds and an average of 26+ yards per catch...thank god Brown is back this week.

Walls probably wouldn't have stepped foot on the field if it weren't for the injuries and Fahkir Brown being suspended.

Trust me when i tell you that if we dont get a much better pass rush, brown wont make all that much of a difference. He will be better than walls, but thats not going to make the difference.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

Yes Lenny Walls sucks, but Linehan sucks even more for not cutting his sorry ass. Linehan also sucks for starting a hurt Bulger. Bulger couldn't hit the broad side of a barn last Sunday. How much worse could it have been to start Frerrote? We could have lost Bulger for the rest of the year because of bonehead Linehan. I've seen enough of Linehan already, he needs to get cut.

    Re: Lenny walls sucks

Just looking at the first half, the defense - to include Walls - didn't look bad. The Romo run hurt us pretty bad, but we did force some 3 and outs. By game time, it was close to 100 degrees on and around the field. In the second half, the offense left the defense on the field so the defense wore down. The point about the pass rush is valid - a receiver will get open if the QB has enough time to wait for an opening.
