This is what the Fins fans are saying after missing out on two HC in the last two years...

I heard Dirk Koetter is a possibility for OC.

I'd bet on Craig Johnson as OC.

Very solid find! This is definitely a possibility, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen.

No, Martz was running a circus around there with his stubborn, pass-happy game until Lovie intervenes and balances the offense. And I doubt Martz would want to be an OC here due to "philosophical differences".

While i know what you are saying, at the same time the guy gets a lot out of his players. Besides, I would hope that we would be overhauling the DT and OLB positions this offseason!

Williams is obviously the favorite but i know he likes the situation in NO.Basically it comes down to can Fisher convince him to leave a superbowl contender to come and fix our defense??Honestly thats alot to ask out of a coach he is in a good place over there but i hope for our sake he comes over here lol.

Will Stan over pay a little to get good coaches ? He may have to. It's not like people are beating on the Rams door begging to coach here. Same for FA/s.

Exactly. He was getting Cutler killed until Jay went and threw a fit. Lovie had to come in and crack some heads together. Martz's offense went from a 7 step drop to 7steps then get dropped. He needs 5 hall of famers on his offense to win.

Brian Schottenheimer as OC, my best guess.
