Linehan pre-draft grade?

How do we think Linehan has done so far this off season?

The majority of the additions thus far have been either on the offensive side of the ball or special teams. I am happy with the progress so far but anxious to see how our defensive issues are addressed during the draft or possibly a draft day trade or two.

I gave Linehan a "B"

No real way to determine this until the regular season. What we feel now could just be another "smoke screen" for some other truth...

I gave him a B as well. The only way to get an A is to get into the playoffs and he came very close. I look to get into them this year.

He's got a B as it stands right now. Should we somehow add Jenkins or one of the top defensive linemen in the draft (or both), pick up Ricky Williams for no more than a 6th, and draft at least one other impact defensive player, it will have been Christmas in April.

I think he's done the best he can, considering what was available and our cap room space.

In order to get an A I have to see the team play some games. A's are for teams who make it to the playoffs, as a 1-4 seed, Why? because that means that they won their division.
