    Linehan Or Rivera???

When The Fo Was Deciding To Either Hire A Defensive Coordinator Or An Offensive We Should Signed The Defensive... I Met Ron Rivera Yesterday At The Westin Hotel By Busch Stadium Since My Uncle Who Is A Big Bears Fan Is Good Friends With Him And He Is Just A Positive Guy Who Knows The Game Of Football... Would Of Loved To See How This D Would Look Right Now If He Were Coaching It
    ....

What Do Y'all Think... Is Linehan A Good Fit... Or If U Could Go Back To Sign Another Coach Would You???

    Re: Linehan Or Rivera???

Just my opinion, but I think a Rivera hiring would have put us in a very similar situation.......a rookie HC trying to find his way in the NFL.

I like Rivera, I think he could be a good HC, but he has to cut his teeth somewhere too.

I don't think anything would be different with the D, it's the players at this point.

If you mean the Cover 2 then yes. I think That is more of Lovies influence.

I would rather have Rivera. I think he would bring a passion and fire to this team. Reading some of the old articles from the beginning of the year it kind of bugs me that we went with Linehan. Yet You can only wait and see if Linehan can turn this around. Hopefully this time next year are record is geared toward playoff contention.

I will admit I wanted Rivera, I was a big Rivera fan. But...after reading Linehan's resume, it seemed like it'd be ok. Whatever happens with this coach, I am behind him because its not like he is TRYING to ruin us. Its just for whatever reason, things aren't working out. I still say give the guy a chance for another year.
