i think this question is wrong as i dont think anyone was tied for third
i think Chavous has the third spot to himself with four sacks, and i dont think anyone else got more than two

What we have here is failure to communicate!
It turns out my reference material was different from the "official" stats at nfl.com. My 3rd party reference had Chavous and Chillar both listed with 3 sacks apiece. However, nfl.com has Chavous at 4 and Chillar at 2. Therefore, assuming the nfl.com stats are more accurate, I have to say Chavous was indeed alone in 3rd place.
