Terry Bannon, of the Chicago Tribune, reports free agent OT L.J. Shelton (Cardinals) could visit with the St. Louis Rams next week, according to agent Vance Larimer.

I don't know anything about this guy, but judging from your comments he must be good. Can anyone elaborate on just how good this guy is, or is he just average?

He could be starting for over half of the teams in the league. If we could have him for depth, maybe even put him on the inside, I'm sure you'd be very happy when the season rolls around.I don't know anything about this guy, but judging from your comments he must be good.
