Looking ahead at the schedule I see 8-8 Finish

This is just my humble opinion. Even the pro analysts are wrong quite often. This is what my best guess would be looking forward and trying to keep emotion for my team out of it. I hope we win every game but I don’t see that as realistic.

1. Saints 2-4. W
2. Jacksonville 4-2. L
3. @ Seattle 4-2. L
4. Cardinals 1-4. W
5. @ Texans 0-5.W
6. Redskins 3-2. W
7. @ Minnesota 1-4. W
8. Eagles 3-2. L
9. 9ers 1-4. W
10. @ Cowboys 4-2. L

Record now 2-4
The rest of the way 6-4
Finish 8-8.

I think every win will be with in 10 points.

Description of Picks:
1. Saints -Without Bulger this will be a battle but we can win.

2. Jacksonville- Without Bulger playing against 25th rated offense we will make it look like #1. In their 2 losses they only scored 7 and 10 points. With our D that’s just like the side of fries with the value meal it’s not the main course. Matt Jones big and fast watch out for him against our DBs.

3. @Seattle – It’s the road. Alexander leads league in rushing. Their starting WRs back for this game. Bulger first game back on the road against a tough division rival. This will be one of our toughest games.

4. Cardinals – Big receivers that are starting to come on this could turn into an upset. I think we wind up with the win at home.

5. @Texans- it’s the road. They are not a good team we are not good on the road which will make it tough but we should win.

6. Redskins – At home baring more injuries I think we will be playing at a higher level with everyone getting healthy and some first year starters having had more playing time. I also don’t think the Redskins are as good as their record.

7. @Minnesota – Culpeper, no Moss, and party boaters. The good, the bad, and the ugly. We will win they are a screwed up team and rumors keep floating around about dumping their coach.

8. Eagles- As long as TO and McNabb don’t kill each other before this game they will win a close game. I think we could but I am not counting on it. These guys will be fighting for the playoffs.

9. 9ers- They just cant win two games against us this year. They are not a very good team. The 9ers will just try to play spoilers this game will mean nothing except draft position to them.

10. @Cowboys – Parcells will have these guys ready to go especially if it means some playoff seed position. 3 4 defense seems to cause us some problems and they have some play makers on the D. Offensive weapons Julius Jones, Glenn, Keyshawn, and Witten. Bledsoe 100.4 QB rating. I think they will win at home unless it’s meaning less to them.

Good analysis, STL. Optimistically, I think we can make it 10-6 if we can go up to Seattle and steal one, and then go to Dallas and steal one there as well. Neither of those scenarios are very far fetched in my mind, so we'll see.

Re: Looking ahead at the schedule I see 8-8 Finish

Definitely agree. Pivotal games are JAX, Seattle, Washington, and Dallas.

Games that could go either way, which the majority of would need to go our way to get above 8-8.

Without Bulger, the 4-4 at the break thing will require some clawing and scratching. But for now, I would be thrilled if they could somehow get to the break with that record.

Otherwise, it will just be asking too much on the back half of the season.
