Re: Looks like its true here at ClanRam
Many of us true Rams fans have been through this pain before. And it hurt, it really hurt. As I mentioned in another thread, "been there, done that".
But I, as well as most here, appreciate the maturity level of the main keepers of the Clan in that we are indeed allowed to jump with elation (sometimes falsely so), or to fall flat on our face due to team failure and disgrace (often misunderstood or exaggerated).
For me, for now, I'll try to wait patiently for the end of the season and then decide whom I'll bring into my office to sit them on the hot seat and take it from there.
Players, coaches, GM. "...Come in, have a seat."

I reject the notion that you have to be negative to be critical.
Obviously, if you want to lambaste the coaching staff, or Bradford, or whoever then that's your prerogative. Personally, I don't think you need to be negative in order to get your point across.
At the moment, we're not a very good football team. That doesn't change my perception that we're going to win this week and every week. Nor does it change the fact that I am beyond pleased that we won last week.

Re: Looks like its true here at ClanRam
As a self-proclaimed optimist I can't help but watch games and see the potential this team has. It is nothing like the Scott Linehan era where Brett Favre and the Jets were whoopin us all of the field. I see one or two plays that go the other way, all of a sudden we beat the Greenbay undefeated Packers. If we just had corners that can cover a go route (we do, but they are on IR), the Ravens game is totally different. We don't make stupid mistakes, ie dropping a lateral and not retrieving it, we beat the G Men. I'm sorry, and I know there are no moral victories in the NFL, but I prefer to look more into the game than just the final score. Just the two pennies from the Pollyanna side of things.
(I have no idea if this really applies to the thread, just trying to distract myself from my studying at 2 a.m.)

Sure you can, you can be a naysayer at the present based upon the existing facts and reality as you see it.
You can also be an optimist going forward as you view the Rams making the appropriate changes and taking the necessary steps to progress in a positive manner.
Of course, this is all easier said than done but if anyone can pull it off it's long-suffering Rams fans!!!
WHAT SAY YE?
