I for one love how aggressively we are in putting together our coaching staff.It shows that Stan and company is taking this very serious and is ready to build a good team starting with the coaching staff.Whether you like the actual choices made or not you have to like the pace at which this team is moving,and with no GM either i think that shows how serious and committed fisher and stan are to turn this franchise around.I really hope we show this kind of aggressiveness with the offseason and FA because we have holes on this team that need to be filled.I trust Stan and Fisher with all their decisions and hope they keep at this pace so just maybe we can have something to cheer about come beginning of next season.

No doubt Fisher was the biggest name out there available for Head Coach. Got him.

Like them or not Schottenheimer/Jackson are the two biggest names out there available for OC. Gonna get one.

And hell we didn't think there was a big enough name available for DC so we went and took one away from a Super Bowl caliber team. lol.

I am already beginning the screen play for a movie about the Rams turn around. I will call it....

I just hope we are this aggressive with the free agency and the draft. I think we have been conservative in these areas and that's why other teams are reaping the rewards.
