Wow, finally, ive been checking online all day to see if he would or wouldnt be. hopefully he can play soon and is healthy enough to do so. Lloyd and Clayton and both with some time with Bradford should be nice, i hope at least. Glad this happened.

Rams move WR Clayton to active roster
BY KATHLEEN NELSON
Wednesday, November 9, 2011
The Rams waited until the last minute, but added wide receiver Mark Clayton to the active roster Wednesday.
To make room, the team released quarterback Tom Brandstater.
Clayton was the Rams' go-to receiver for Sam Bradford early in 2010 until suffering a season-ending knee injury more than a year ago. He started this season on the physically unable to perform list but has practiced for the past three weeks.
The Rams had until Wednesday to decide whether to activate Clayton or place him on the injured reserve list. Though he strained his left achilles tendon shortly after his return, he has worked his way back and was healthy.
Coach Steve Spagnuolo said he wasn't sure whether Clayton would be ready to play Sunday in Cleveland, though Clayton sounded more certain.
"I'm ready to play," Clayton said. "The coaches understand the situation. I don't know the extent or the where or the when, but I'm ready."
The Rams also signed linebacker David Nixon, a third-year pro from BYU, to the active roster. Nixon spent five weeks on the Rams' practice squad and four weeks on the active roster last season. He appeared in one game, Dec. 12 against New Orleans and was released in camp this summer.
Nixon was needed because of injuries to Brian Kehl (ankle) and Josh Hull (hamstring), who didn’t practice Wednesday.

That is great news! Especially, with Salas going down. That should open things up for our passing game. I think Pettis will fill in nicely for Salas as well. Good move.

Re: Mark Clayton - Activated
Our #1 WR (Clayton) from last year returns because our supposed #1 WR (MSW) was a bust. he joins our maybe upcoming #1 (Lloyd) but he is still behind our current #1 WR (Alexander) so far this year.
lucky for us hes back because our #1 WR (Salas) in receptions just broke his leg.

I think Clayton has been sorely missed and he will make a huge impact immediately. God knows, we need it.
If a team won their division seven straight times, that would be a NFL record. Now add on that team did it with seven different QB's in seven straight years, that record is unbeatable. To do that feat, you must of had a great Defense. Jack Youngblood was the captain of that defense.
