Marshall faulk is the best player in the nfl sitting on the bench. Did you see how productive he was today. One touch a week. What a game planning joke. Not what he was, not as durable. All fine. Not playing him at all, what a moronic turn of events.

An average of five touches a game does seem pretty strange to us, but maybe Faulk prefers this workload. Look at it this way. Last year he averaged 17.5 touches a game and it was still too much, and prompted him to relenquish his position as a starter. Unless he specifically comments on the number of touches he's getting, it's hard to say if the Rams are really underutilizing Faulk or are actually using him as much as he feels he can handle.

Just trying to throw some other possibilities out there.

All of that pre-season talk of two backs and mixing them in and out of the line-up. What happened to all of that? Was it just a dream that I had?? Did we actually never have a plan at all?? It just baffles me that he is seldom if ever used. I really want to hear from him at the end of this year, because I know that he is a team player and won't say anything during the season. He has got to be scratching his head sitting there on the bench. What gives??
