Media link at official site

Thought it to be interesting. Have not checked to see if editing the url to other dates/weeks and teams would be effective however I would think they should work.

Re: Media link at official site
Some interesting tidbits:
Since 1998, the Rams are 23-9 against teams from the American Football Conference, the best interconference record in the NFL in that span. The Rams are 14-1 at home, and 8-8 on the road against the AFC since 1998.
The Rams have made 258 first downs this season, 11th most in the NFL (fifth in the NFC). The Rams made 27 first downs at New York Giants on Oct. 2, the most since the Rams made 27 first downs in the 2004 season opener against Arizona (9/12/04).
The Rams are 14 of 18 (77%) on fourth down conversions this season, the most fourth down conversions and best percentage in the NFL. The Rams were 13 for 17 (77%) on fourth down attempts in 2004, the most fourth down conversions in the NFL.
The Rams are one of only five teams to convert at least two two-point conversions this season, going two for three on the season.
Jeff Wilkins' consecutive made PAT streak is the second longest in NFL history.
DT Ryan "Big Grease" Pickett leads all NFL defensive tackles in stops this year.
In his first season at safety, after moving from wide receiver last year, Furrey made his fifth takeaway in four games at Seattle on Nov.13. It marked the longest streak of consecutive games with a takeaway since San Francisco's Tony Parrish had at least one takeaway in five consecutive games in 2003.
*Note: all stats are pre-Eagles game.

That IS an intersting tidbit. It would be great to see Furrey improve his pursuit angles and tackling, because the guy is a major playmaker.

I agree completely. Furrey would be a legitimate starting safety in this league if he could just improve the angles he takes in pursuit and his tackling. Until then though, I'm curious of what benefits there might be in rotating him out during obvious running situations. Who knows though, maybe we're already doing that..?
