NY Giants won the game 21-17. The Giants win on the game – 8/13 called the Giants
Manning passed for more yards than Brady – 6/13 called Manning
Welker had more receiving yards than Cruz – 6/13 called Welker
Hernandez had more receiving yards than Gronkowski – 6/13 called Hernandez
A TE was scored from either Hernandez or Gronkowski, so YES is called – 11/13 called Yes
Bradshaw had the most rushing yards – 9/13 called Bradshaw
Cruz scored the games 1st TD – no one called Cruz
NY Giants Safety was the games 1st scoring play – Surprisingly NO ONE called that
3rd Quarter was the highest scoring quarter – 3/13 called that
21-17 NY Giants – NO ONE called that scoreline

Here we are guys - Another season of the Mock Gambling is now in the books and all the details can be found below

After 22 weeks of competition i declare the winner to be

Winner – LA Ram0 ($54,110,000) This year's Mock Gambling winner! - get in touch with one of the mods and i think! (dont hold me to this!) that you'll get your own unique Avatar or Sig icon, some small item or whatever they can knockup for you. After taking part in every week of every weekly MG i’ve run over the years and being there or there abouts this year was LA Ram0’s turn to take top spot. Well deserved and well done.

2nd Place – Sosa39Rams ($35,050,000) – Lead the competition for many weeks, took a bad knock and loss earlier in the season but for the most of the year Sosa was in and around the top of the leaderboard.

3rd Place – Ramstiles ($35,000,000) - Always takes part in the competition and a very shrewd player, as with Sosa, Ramstiles was always never far from the top of the leaderboard.

4th Place – Viper ($34,998,500) – As a rule i only usually post the top 3 in the standings, but due to the closeness of Viper finishing in 4th just $51,500 from second is worth a creditable mention.

Sadly guys though this is where i hang up my calculator and working out figures and step aside from running the Mock Gambling competition. This season was my 6th year in charge of the Mock Gambling competition and i feel it’s time i stepped aside and pass on the management and running of the competition to whoever may wish to take it up and maybe add fresh blood and a new approach to the competition. Over the 6 years i’ve chatted to many of you and apart from one major issue a few season’s ago with a player i’ve received nothing but help, support and understanding from everyone and i would like to personally thanks you all for that. Thanks also for making the competition as main stay of the ClanRam forum. It’s ok for me to run and manage the competition however if there is no one interested there would’nt be a competition so that’s where you guys come in. Congratulations to the each winner of the Mock Gambling season over the last 6 years.

I will happily help and support any new person willing to take on the role in the handover process. Just get in touch if anyone is interested. It’ll be a shame if no one steps forward however there is no real rush or panic at the momment as we’ve got 7 months of the off-season to find a replacement

Happy to help someone take up the role Av, although as mentioned in the main thread we've a good 6-7 months to find a willing person. :)

I dont want to go into cliches but - i would'nt have done it if i did'nt enjoy it. However 6 season's was enough for me guys.

Man, you have done such a great job with the Mock. I can't even imagine the amount of time you spent keepingthis up. You have much respect from me for making this enjoyable the last six years. If I ever get the chance to meet you, I will surely drink a beer with you (the beer is on me). You are truly a great sport and a legit Rams fan........Kudos to you!!!!!!!
