Mock Gambling Final Standings, Results and Round up

Here we are guys - Another season of the Mock Gambling is now in the books, This by far was the closest competition i've run with 7 different guys at the top of the leader board at some stage throughout the season

All details are below, congratulations to our winner -

Dominating D - This year's Mock Gambling winner - get in touch with one of the mods and i think! (dont hold me to this!) that you'll get your own unique Avatar or Sig icon, or whatever they can knockup for you.

2nd Place - JkRamsfan - John, was always there or thereabouts all season and lead the leaderboard for a number of weeks yet just could manage to hold out with the lead for any longer.

3rd Place - Ramsanddodgers - Tim, again like John always there and around the top of the leaderboard and just fell short in the end

Myself - the worse position ever - 3rd last year, dropped to 14th this year! thats not good

At the bottom of the leaderboard are the top 3's picks and bets for the last week of the competiton

SUPERBOWL SPREAD AND QUESTIONS REVIEW

PITTSBURGH v ARIZONA (+7) Pittsburgh won the game 27-23, However on the spread Arizona take the game, so everyone who bet on the Cards wins – 12/13 bet on the Cards

1) How many yards will Warner throw for in the game? – Less than 200/201-250/251-300/301+? - $500,000 for correct call – Warner threw for 377 yards, all bets with 301yds+ wins, 3/13 called that.

2) How many yards will Rothlisberger throw for in the game - Less than 200/201-250/251-300/301+? - $500,000 for correct call – Ben threw for 256 yds, 251-300 yds bets wins – 3/13 called that.

3) Games first scoring play – Pit TD/Pit FG/Pit Safety/Cards TD/Cards FG/Cards Safety? - $500,000 for correct call – Pittsburgh FG, 1st scoring play, just Jonze called that.

4) Who will score the games 1st TD? - $1,000,000 for correct name – Gary Russell scored the games 1st TD, No one called Russell.

5) Willie Parker or Edgerrin James -Which RB will have the most rushing yards? - $500,000 – Parker with 53 had the more rushing yards -9/13 called Parker.

6) Will Larry Fitzgerald have 150 yards or more receiving? – Yes/No - $500,000 for correct call – No, Fitz had 127 yds, 10/13 called no.

7) Cards OFF v Pit DEF – How many total Offensive yards will the Cards have? – less than 200/201-250/251-300/301-350/351+? - $750,000 – OFFENSIVE YARDS – 410 for the Cards, bets with 351yds+ wins, 7/13 called that.

8) Pit DEF v Cards OFF – How many sacks will the PIT DEF record? - $1,000,000 for correct call – Pittsburgh recorded 2 sacks 2/13 called 2 sacks.

Suggestion: How about instituting a "Guess the exact score question" for next season. Maybe make it another weekly bonus question. Just an idea

@ Jonze - Thanks for your words, it's not so much the time or the work, it's the damn figures which confuse things

@ LA Ram - Thanks also, This is my 3rd year of running the competition and in all that time the question format have more or less roughly been on the same level refering to the the same thing, so maybe a slight tweak for next year, i welcome your suggestion, good idea.
