More Bernie on Faulk
On Faulk's Possible Retirement--
Didn't say it was official or definite.
He has an offer from The NFL Network to work in-studio when they start televising NFL games in the second half of the season. He's also waiting on a possibility at ESPN.
I didn't know what Hadley reported. He's my friend. I would never poach his reporting without attributing it to him. I received a tip earlier today. Just wanted to get it out there.
Marshall isn't ready to announce anything -- in part because he and the Rams haven't determined the best way to go about this.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Howard Balzer thinks the Rams could sign Mo Williams.
Jim Thomas thinks a trade for Michael Bennett (now in New Orleans) is plausible.
Randy Karraker mentions that Arizona's Marcel Shipp could be had (or released).

Sounds like three guys just guessing to me.Howard Balzer thinks the Rams could sign Mo Williams.
Jim Thomas thinks a trade for Michael Bennett (now in New Orleans) is plausible.
Randy Karraker mentions that Arizona's Marcel Shipp could be had (or released)."I'm not going to hide my opinions. They're coming to you between 7000-4000 Angstroms for all the world to see. Oh yes, you will be enlightened."

Re: More Bernie on Faulk
Heck, we've signed Pisa, we've drafted Wroten, we even drafted Lawrence Phillips.....so I'll guess we're looking at Onterrio Smith.....
This is sarcasm....please take it that way.

Re: More Bernie on Faulk
As I said in another thread, Michael Bennet would be a good change up back for Jackson if Faulk decides to Retire and we take a run at Bennett.

Re: More Bernie on Faulk
Michael Bennett does seem like a good option. But he has to prove he can stay healthy however. BTW, does anyone know how much he is worth (in terms of draft picks).

Re: More Bernie on Faulk
He was drafted in the first round and I think New Orleans wants him for a #4.
Then take Ahmad Brooks with #5

Re: More Bernie on Faulk
Since I don't live in ST Louis, I don't know who Bernie is. But this dude sounds like a clown. Marshall is not going to retire. This guy is so uniformed.
