More odd goings-on at Rams Park

    By Bill Coats

    St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any stranger at Rams Park . . .
*Scott Linehan, who normally meets with reporters on the field as soon as practice ends, jogged off Friday without comment and reportedly was in a meeting with GM Jay Zygmunt.

*Marc Bulger, who usually is not reluctant to take questions even in the toughest of situations, made himself unavailable to the media for yet another day following his demotion.

*Steven Jackson, who on his radio show Thursday night said Linehan’s benching of Bulger was the “wrong decision” and indicated that other players felt the same way, shooed away reporters, angrily telling one, “You’ve done enough.”

And the soap opera rolls on . . .

~~I really hope that meeting is to tell Linehan he's being fired!!

What have they done $teven? You're the one who made the comments on your show and now you have to live with them. The press has done nothing wrong here

Do you think you could let it go already? Keep bashing and bashing and bashing one of the few players on this team who seems to OPENLY care about what is going on ....

Whats the point? Do you not have anything better to do?

Ahh. A meeting of "the minds". My guess is they were playing checkers.

My guess is that they all left the field with little or no comment because someone told them to shut their festering gobs.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

I don't think the "minds" have graduated from Chutes and Ladders.

Honestly, Infiniti, you're a bigger cry-baby than i am! I mean come on!......."keep bashing and bashing and bashing"....... BOO! HOO! Get over it! Like Jackson has been a "pillar of concern"! Or better yet, that i should respect his opinion! It's people like you that keep the "blinders" on and never really address the "issues". I'll try to help you here. We stink on both sides of the ball. We lack motivation. Pure and simple. We are not appreciably smaller than any other team in the N.F.L. Yet, we play as if we are. And that includes your "beloved" Steven Jackson! Get your head out of the clouds and start dealing with reality!

I know what's going to happen. This thread is going to drop off the front page and Infiniti won't have to answer to my post. So i'll "camp" on it! I wouldn't normally do this. But .........
