    Morning Ram-blings: Quinn An All-Pro?

Morning Ram-blings: Quinn an All Pro?

EARTH CITY, Mo. -- It's that time of year when midseason grades and All Pro Teams are the order of the day and ESPN's John Clayton doled out some of his awards in addition to second-half predictions.

Since the St. Louis Rams aren't likely to appear on any lists as second-half contenders, their fans are relegated to looking at awards and All-Pro teams for possible rays of hope. Clayton provided at least one ray of sunshine on his midseason All-Pro team, naming Rams defensive end Robert Quinn to the team.

Here's what Clayton had to say about Quinn landing on the roster:

"Last year, he graduated to the 10-sack level. He could double that total this season."

There's no question that Quinn is deserving of his spot on any and all midseason All-Pro teams. He's been the team's best and most consistent performer this season, and he's even taken positive steps forward as a run defender.

At 23, Quinn is still just scratching the surface on his potential. It's probably best for all involved to expect to see his name on lists like these for many years to come.

And that I too expect to see ... yes indeed. The Mighty Quinn!

Probably the only potential elite player the Rams have.

Edit: Forgot about Bradford, 2nd potential elite player.

The best defensive end in the league at this point. His ability to stop the run has GREATLY improved this year. He is so dominant in all phases of the game.

Way too early and immature to say that...
