Most PF & Fewest PA
This may have already been posted somewhere else, but I just noticed that the Rams have scored the most points in the NFC West and allowed the fewest. I need for our stat historian freaks to tell me the last time that has happened through 4 weeks.

Utter, I was a mainstay back on the old StLouisRams.com message board back in...2003-2004, I think, before they shut it down. I was wondering if there is anybody here who was on that web site. Maybe that question should be in a different forum. It's very complicated here.

I was on the Rams site message board back in the day. You may have known me as AlphaRam. I now make my wife and co-workers address me as AlphaRam.

Re: Most PF & Fewest PA
The Rams had the most points in the NFC and fewest allowed after each teams first four games in 2001. The team closest to them was New Orleans who was in the west then. New Orleans had only allowed 42 points through the first 3 games and had a bye week in week 4. The Rams had allowed 53 points after four games. In New Orleans 4th game they gave up 25 points which put them at 67 points after four games. So technically after week 4 in 2001 the Rams did not lead both categories but they did after each teams 4th game.
2001 Rams first 4 Games
127 PF
53 PA
2001 Saints first 4 Games (Their 4th game was week 5 because of a bye week)
92 PF
67 PA
If you want to go by what you said then it was the 1999 Rams was the last team to lead in both categories after week 4. The Rams had a bye week in week 2 but still managed to score more points in their 3 games then the other West teams scored in their 4 games.
Rams after week 4 in 1999: (Only 3 games because of bye week)
100 PF
