The Rams can move to Mars for all I care, and I'd still hate the Whiners with a burning passion.

    Team Loyalty > City Loyalty

While I'm a Californian, even though I became a ST. LOUIS Ram fan when I started following football, I follow them wherever they go. I'd like the thank the Rams for also getting me into the baseball Cardinals as well.

    So rings > mediocrity

I live in the LA area so it's a no brainer for me.

Great question... though it seems like the majority of peeps on here are not living in STL so its an easier choice.

There is a difference between the two cities; the people of LA believe the Rams exist to provide them entertainment, St. Louis believes the team exist to provide them hope.

Eh, so it wasn't as good as Rambunctious'...

I know the right answer is to be happy for the Rams wherever they are, but I don't think I could stomach the Rams leaving "my region" and having success. All those LA bandwagoners wearing a Bradford jersey gives me shivers.

Well, can't get any easier than that.

What time do they get here?

I have no ties to the city of St Louis except the Rams. Option B

Re: The most provocative, divisive and controversial poll question ever.

The wording of this question is very interesting. Because of that, I think it's wrong to boil the question down to Rams success vs. locale. When I see the question, I see the possibility of 10 years of "mediocrity" as 10 years of 8-8 and 4 trips to the playoffs (yes, 8-8 would have sent the Rams to the playoffs in 4 of the past 10 years). Or lose the team to LA, and have 1 good year in 10. One Super Bowl winner, and 9 seasons of what we have now....3-13, 2-14, 1-15.

I'm a Missouri guy, so yes, it's important to me for the Rams to be the St. Louis Rams, but it's slightly more important to me that the team win. And in this case, I would prefer 4 playoff runs in St. Louis to 1 playoff run in LA.

Football history is made by the team not the town.

The key word here is .....'Rams'

Cleveland, Los Angeles, St. Louis, or the seaside. I'll support them any time, any place, anywhere.

    COME ON YOU RAAAAAAAAAAAAAMS!!!!!!

Re: The most provocative, divisive and controversial poll question ever.

I thought this poll would be more like 99-100% for the SuperBowl win. But nearly 20% have opted for mediocrity, just to keep their team in St.Louis. What is the point in that, I ask.? The Rams do not need supporters who view a Rams game, as just something to do each and every Sunday.? Its no wonder the Cardinals decided to move.

Re: The most provocative, divisive and controversial poll question ever.

I'm born and raised in Los Angeles. Now I live in the DFW area so I'm much closer. But let's face it the Rams never belonged in St Louis in the first place they belong in LA. I'm glad they won in St Louis but they're a LA team no question they should move back it would make them more attractive to FA's

I'm fine with the Rams in St. Louis, a place I love to visit every year, but if a move resulted in a Super Bowl win and the opportunity to attend as many games as I want along the way, it's a no-brainer. Nothing better than having your cake and eating it too.

As Hub stated so well, the vote is flawed. For that reason I haven't voted yet. In it's current state, I would have to be a part of the 20%. Mediocrity is much better than we are now, and we could have had several post season runs with just mediocrity. As a sports fan, I would rather have several seasons of post season play than only one season of post season that results in a SB win.

Plus, with a move back to LA, it is only a matter of time before they move again. LA has shown that they will not support a team that can only be mediocure at best. STL has shown that it will support a mediocure team, and will enthusiastically support a winner. This means the RAMS are more stable in STL than they are in LA.

Re: The most provocative, divisive and controversial poll question ever.

Of course I would pick LA if they decide to move..again! But more than just location, I want a great stadium that helps promote a following. We had that issue here for years, first with Mark Ridley "Idiot" Thomas in LA and the combination of Georgia's lack of quality ownership and the apathy of Anaheim who will always focused solely on Disneyland. I don't want it Downtown either. To far away from me and not tailgate friendly.
