I went with Jackson.
I was also surprised that Bulger's QB rating was higher than Sanchez's, but I also know that QB rating is a strange number that sometimes doesn't have much meaning. QB rating tends to be kind to QBs and offenses that dump off a lot and run safe routes. Guys like Mark Brunell were masters of the craft of keeping a high rating while not putting up any numbers otherwise.
