Most Surprising Retention?

As a counterpart to AV's 'most surprising cut' poll, here's your chance to say which member of the gang of 53 that surprises you the most.

I just do not like the fact that a younger player couldnt beat him out, FRALEY that is.?

Dominque Curry as the 7th WR (although more a special teamer) - I don't think any saw him making the team over Avery.

Never heard of this Guidugli kid, but for all the times I've typed his name out since the cuts, I'm never going to forget it now.

Fraley. His name seemed to get called a lot in the preseason - and not for good reasons.

I echo this. For all the discussions, speculations, and hand wringings over which 6/7 wideouts make this team, I can honestly say I NEVER thought Curry was even in the discussion.

I view Curry's designation as a "WR" to be a mere technicality. His real position is "special teams guy."

McQuaide, as until I clicked his name in this poll, I had no idea that he existed. That was a pretty big surprise.

I hope the rams kept curry because of his special teams talent..

Nice surprise to see Curry here. I didn't know whether we were willing to sacrifice a WR with crazy talent and potential (Avery) for a ST demon. I guess we did and I am not dissapointed one bit. Matter of fact, does anybody remember him making 2 blocks on 1 WR screen against the Ravens last year in pre season week 3 to let McRae walk in the endzone?
