The MVP play of the game

In the Jets game, we were down, and we would have been up if Givens TD return counted. However, it didn't and we fell behind even worse.

I would like to mention a very underrated play that happened today, and that was Hekker's punt after the mis-snap. I have never, never, never, never, ever seen a punter actually attempt to punt that. Most punters fall on the ball, or try to run it back to pick up as many yards as possible. But, Hekker actually punted it, even though he only got 13 yards. However, it set the Bills up for a 14 yard pass then 3 straight down stops that LED to a punt. If he didn't punt that and just fell on it, it would have been a FG for sure, maybe even a TD.

I hope they talk about the snap problem a lot, however I hope the coaching staff gives him kudos for actually getting that punt off. Never seen a play like that. If he doesn't punt those extra 13 yards, I don't see how the bills don't atleast get 3 points.

Bit it wasn't that bad a snap. A bit high, but it was mainly a frozen, wet football.

Seeing the replay. You are completely right about that. First look thought it was a bad snap, and on the first replays I was too busy seeing how hekker got that off. Never had time to notice the snap/fumble itself till now, and you're right

I would nominate the Pettis catch on 4th and 1. The ball was thrown behind him and he made a remarkable catch, and that ball was just as frozen and wet as Hekkers.

Without that catch, the drive and most likely the game would have been over.
