My biggest problem with the game today.....

The rams sucked for the most part, we all know that.

if not for the 1st quarter we werent so bad off, but we did have a 1st quarter.

my problem with the game is this:

with almost 4 minutes left to play:

the rams decide to run the ball 3 straight times, basically deciding its over and just laying down.

the ravens(stupidly) keep flacco in to pass.

now shoudlnt this be the opposite?

yes they might of been running up the score, but my main concern is how we rolled over at the end

we showed we had a little momentum

and how the heck, do the coaches roll over with 4 minutes left, not even try. that is beyond failure on there part.

im used to the rams sucking, as we all are, but seeing our coaches give up? how could we ever expect our players to keep going with coaching like that?

that was beyond rediculous. completly unfair to players and fans.

you play to win the game. and we got coaches that give up 4 minutes before its over.

that is just pathetic

spags was pathetic this game. you do not give up when ur behind ever. you do not run the ball 3 times in a row with 4 minutes left when your behind. that is a sign of giving up.

and we wonder why the players give up during games.

I think that series was more to keep Sam from getting killed than it was rolling over IMO. Hopefully our pathetic excuse for an O-line got the message.

Did you see our pass protection all day? To play to win would mean we would have to throw 5 td's in 4 minutes of game time. Ok let's say we could do that. That would mean a modest estimate of 10 more dropbacks for Sam. With our protection that would mean Sam would be on the ground atleast 3 more times. What if one of those times same broke and arm? Then you would get on this forum and rant about how Spags should have just pulled sam and conceded. So think of it from the other side before you condem a coaching decision. We were down by 30 the game was over, deal with it.

i wont deal with it, this is a win now game you play to win plain and simple. if they were scared about bradford they shoulda put feeley in to give the handoffs. the fact they decided 4 minutes before the end of the game to give up is just pathetic. teams have come back before in games, and we shouldve kept trying. you can say this was to protect bradford, bu i see it as the coaches being weak.

yes ill admit our pass protection sucked bad, but thats no excuse to roll over. all that does is show the players its ok to roll over and give up.

it was truly a pathetic display of coaching. if you cant see that then i guess were at diffrent ends of the spectrum. i expect our rams to try 60 minutes to win, not anything less ever. they get paid millions for this, they should play and be COACHED like it!

down by 30? the game is never over till the clock strikes zero. unless were winning by 30 theres no reason to lay down. if you think this exceptable, watch all the other games in the nfl and see what they do when down with 4 minutes left, they still try to win the freaking game!!!!!!!!!

if your worried about Sam's health put feeley in for mop up duty but don't just give up, oh but wait Spags did that the week before also when he punted with under 2 minutes to go and behindby 12.

Name a team that came back from down 30 with 4 minutes left. Face it the game was over, the players are professionals, they can tell the difference between giving up on a winnable game and conceding defeat to a team that played better.
