Re: My "Safe for 2012" Rankings
Seriously, guys... how many of you failed to read my first post? This is not an evaluation of the whole roster. Its an evaluation of the PRIMARY STARTERS.
Read a little more carefully next time.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: My "Safe for 2012" Rankings
Based on your criteria of who is starting now and whether they will be next year or not, I pretty much agree with all the spots except I think Stewart is probably going to move up. Also, Goldberg is starting now at RT and he's not listed. While he's shown the off/on abilities of a good backup ever since coming to the Rams, his play in Smith's absence has been good. How he'll hold up until Smith comes back this year(IF) is another question but Goldberg is making a case right now for starter consideration. If past history is any indicator, he'll fall off quickly, but he hasn't yet and I'm not condemning him back to 2nd string just yet. Smith is a better run-blocker any day of the week than Goldberg, but pass protection I think goldberg is showing he's improved and has performed better than Smith in that area. Probably why u have Smith as a "replaceable." L)
