I'm not sure if AlphaRam, by saying "...Past or Present" means anyone in the current Ramroster even if they haven't played one single down with us; or, if preseason or regular season games give credit to the name.
To be on the 'safe side', I'm going with RBs that have joined the Rams, at least once, in a Reg. season battle ... "for real".
