    New Head Coach

I am hearing that Dan Reeves is the front runner for the next head coach.

I think at least they would have some disipline. No creativity but they would not have 8 false starts in a game.

I would rather get a young good Defensive Coordinator to take the job not a retread. Although Vermeil did not do half bad.

    What do other hear?

Dan Reeves just took a position as consultant with the Houston Texans. Now if that position extends into next year I don't know, but if Reeves is the front runner why take a job with the Texans.

    DV will not be back.

HB wrote an interesting column in a magazine about how DV left over the same organizational factions that are now forcing Martz out the door.

Sad how history repeats itself with this FO.

Those of us that have been around for awhile (40 years as a Rams fan). Are never surprised by the ineptitude of the front office. Dissappointed, yes. Surprised, No. Ever since Carroll Rosenblooms death there has been a power struggle at the top of this organization. That won't stop until the ownwership changes (depending on the strength of the new owner). Which, I'm sad to say, won't be anytime soon.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

Sorry. My fingers don't always cooperate. Carroll Rosenbloom, not Rosenblooms. If you truly don't know who he was. He was the Rams owner before Georgia. She was his wife. He drowned, she got the team and fired his son who was the team GM or Pres at the time. She then traded away most of the team, ushering in the misery that was the 1990's.

Does anyone really think they know who the next Rams coach will be? For all we know, it could be Jimmy Johnson, Marv Levy or Mike Ditka.
