    New Head office?

    I'd love this :

GM : Les Snead (from Falcons)
HC : Rob Chudzinski (from Panthers)
DC : Butch Davis (from UNC)

Davis and Chud have a relationship and have worked together at Miami. Davis has had plenty of NFL experience coaching the Browns (HC), the Cowboys (DC) and (DL).

These are some of the guys that Chud and Davis recruited (Miami 1995-2000) :

Edgerrin James (RB), Clinton Portis (RB), Frank Gore (RB), Bubba Franks (TE), Dan Morgan (LB), Damione Lewis (DT), Santana Moss (WR), Reggie Wayne (WR), Bryant McKinnie (OT), Jeremy Shockey (TE), Phillip Buchanon (CB), Mike Rumph (CB), Andre Johnson (WR), Jerome McDougle (DE), Willis McGahee (RB), William Joseph (DT), Sean Taylor (S), Kellen Winslow II (TE), Jonathan Vilma (LB), D.J. Williams (LB), Vernon Carey (OT), Vince Wilfork (DT),Antrel Rolle (CB), and Kelly Jennings (CB).

Many pro bowlers. Plus, theres a reason Miami is seen as one of the best schools ever to produce NFL talent. I see a lot of amazing pro bowl players (many TE's because that's what Chud worked with) and a lot of skill players.

I'll take this Front office any day of the week. Lets get it done.

I kind of actually want to give this a shot. No point in losing Spags and hiring another coordinoator, but this might not be too bad.

One thing is for sure, I am really sold on Chud/Bradford becoming the next Payton/Brees. So, I am a fan of this way more than I am of Jeff Fisher

Just makes me want the Chud even more. I really prefer Chud at this point over Fisher.

    Re: New Head office?

When has Butch Davis been successful AND not broken the rules to reach those results?

I could care less if he breaks NCAA rules while being our DC in the nfl , Chud and Davis plus a great GM and OC that has philosiphy like Chuds would be great.

Also, OC wouldnt be as big a priority cause Chud could call the plays(ala payton of the saints). But having an OC and QB coach to get Bradford straight and the rest of the offense cooking would be amazing.

No doubt he'd call his own plays and I would definitely want this. McCarthy also does this.

How about this...Sean Payton wasn't even an OC for Dallas, he was the QB coach with no HC experience.

this notion of having a HC with HC experience is absurd, yes it would be nice, but its no the end all.

Well, just what is the philosophy of Mr. Chud?

Very flexible offensive coach but seems to come from Don Coryell's vertical passing game (seen from his tenure with Rivers and Newton). I certainly hope Bradford can handle throwing deep balls consistently, though I think this is a good marriage because he can maximize TEs to their full potential and Bradford throwing to TEs and slot receivers are his bread and butter.
