Nfl is letting a fan announce a draft pick

The Nfl has a contest going on that you can annouce a draft pick in this years draft. I figure everyone would vote for themselves. But if we can pick someone from here to go (not me I just thought of it lol) maybe them announce the Rams draft pick. How sweet would that be someone from the clanram announcing the next Ram. If we all vote for that one person instead of for ourselves they could win. Has to be someone from the United states and 18 or over so that narrows it down a bit. What do you guys think?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum I was on the fence on which fiorum it should be in.

I could see that going horribly wrong. The diversity of passionately-held opinion here on ClanRam ( translation: bunch of bloody-minded loons, myself included) would likely produce a presenter who, upon opening the envelope (do they use those at the draft?), might well say: With the 14th pick of the 2011 NFL draft, The Rams select.....what?!...oh,hell,no !....actually,we'll take such n such...Devaney, you're outta your mind...

I think that would be pretty hilarious if someone did that lol.

I was thinking maybe Avenger or Nick could do it if they wanted to and we could vote for them. Its just a idea I had to have the Clan represented at the Nfl Draft this year.

I think it's for the first pick of the second round, at least that is what they did last year.

I'd love to see someone go up there and say something like "With the first pick in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots select... Bob Saget."

Of course that would probably mark the last time the NFL ever held that contest...
