Just saw on ESPN where that Schefter reports that Fisher is waiting to hear from both teams and that neither have actually made an offer. Take that for what you will.

My speculation is that he has been having discussions with both teams through his agent, but maybe has not received an official offer until they have agreed on all the fine print.
