He's also an old school, in-your-face, character guy who'll give everything he's got and expect your LB's to do the same.

There's not many on this board who'll criticise him for much except his 4th down calls, and seeing as he won't be doing that with you guys I'd say he'll do you proud.

A guy who will show balls and guts, and given the right opportunity should do your franchise a lot of good, as just said not many on here will criticise him,

Sadly Vitt got thrown in, into an impossable situation with us this season. and did a good a job as most under the circumstances and pressure.

I think Vitt is over-rated. I don't think he'll make any LB corps rock solid and capable. Tough talk and grittiness do not equal great performance. Get past the hype, and N.O. could have done better.

Seems like a capable technician and a firey guy. Had the guts to call out our defensive players for lack of effort, which needed to happen a long time ago. On the other hand, he doesn't seem like anything special. A solid, if unspectacular, assistant coach.
