I think that the Giants' offense is one that the Rams could emulate. The WR corps would have to improve/develop significantly, as the Rams don't have established players like Victor Cruz and Hakim Nicks, but the style fits... an offense that works the best when it is balanced, and does not rely on elaborate schemes (i.e. zone blocking, option plays) to succeed.
Hard to argue with an offensive system that's won 2 Super Bowls.
GSOT keep it Rams!
Great question Av, I thought about this last week and here is my take.
Looking at our roster and the players coming out of this draft. I have to think the Rams without a doubt should copy what the Patriots are doing here is why.
Bradford skill sets are so similar to Brady. He's accurate and can make all the throws from the pocket. He's not a guy that can extend plays with his legs.
Wes Walker is already on the team in Amendola.
Our O line is not in the same class as the Pats. But the good news is this draft class can make it really close. Chance Warmack, OG, Jake Matthews, RT ect are there for the taking.
I think it was 2009 or 2010 when the Pats took two TEs. I thought what the hell are they doing. Well again the draft is filled with possibility. Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame, Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford, again the players are there to be had.
With Givens and Quick on the outside this year... we can take a year and see what they can do. If they don't rise we can come back the following year when the draft has a better receiving class and take one if need be.
Again this is a copy cat league lets copy a winner.

Nice one Rammer! :)
Granted that the GSOT will never be duplicated on the basis that the components that converged in that era came to be as planets aligned just right once in a quadrillion years: Bruce, Faulk, Holt, Martz, OL, Warner, etc. It truly was a scoring machine.
I would therefore want to see, as a Christmas wish, a Rams offense following the Patriots model. As Coach Fisher recently said (paraphrased), the Rams will "...hopefully be equipped like the Patriots, able to score 40 points per game."
New England has an interesting planet alignment of their own...
Must ... cultivate ... Rams rookies and young players. :ram:
I think the Rams should borrow bits and pieces from all the great offenses, and create their own model to be immulated.
I'm with you, av. I like the gmen's balance of a fast D and a vertical O that goes jumbo and dares to play big.
