OK, Rams fans, there is hope on the horizon. Bulger has finally been given the chance to heal, the special teams has been playing pretty good, and the defense plays well as long as we do not leave them on the field too much.

So what will it take for us to beat the Cardinals? I'd like to sack Kurt Warner 12 times without hurting him. Boldin is doubtful for the game. The Edge has been running fairly decent this season.

Let's get that first win!

It's going to take a monster effort from backups in key positions. Jerome Carter and Todd Johnson have to do well. We'll need another solid performance from Bartell. Leonard has to play well and keep his hands on the ball and then, of course, Mr. Gus Frerotte (his last name is so much fun to say! Frerotte!) will have to keep the turnovers down.

P.S. "Gus" is fun to say to. I think I'll name my future child Gus!

The Tards are a talented young team with the potential to grow in to a NFC power house. But they are still going threw the transition of having a new head coach, and a new scheme which will lead to inconsistent play from their younger players. I still believe that our Rams, have the more talented group of core players and can win this this game by just playing smart old school football and protecting the ball. That means, minimizing the turnover ratios and capitalizing on the opponents mistakes. Its time to take our first win and the Tards will first of many to fall.
