Matthew Barrows, of the Sacramento Bee, reports St. Louis Rams head coach Scott Linehan could hire free agent head coach Dennis Erickson (*****). Erickson has hoped to return to coaching, but did not discuss a possible role with the Rams. Erickson coached Linehan at the University of Idaho when he arrived in 1982 as a quarterback.

Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports the St. Louis Rams have expressed an interest in interviewing former Buffalo Bills head coach Mike Mularkey for a position on their coaching staff, possibly offensive coordinator.

The Star Tribune reports the St. Louis Rams have hired former Minnesota Vikings offensive assistant and assistant quarterbacks coach Randy Hanson. Hanson's job in St. Louis hasn't been determined.

Steve Wyche, of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports the St. Louis Rams assistant coaches were told they could pursue jobs elsewhere while incoming head coach Scott Linehan evaluates the future of his staff.

Falcons | Team granted permission to interview Fairchild

Steve Wyche, of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports the Atlanta Falcons were granted permission by the St. Louis Rams to interview offensive coordinator Steve Fairchild. No formal interview has been arranged with Fairchild yet, the Falcons said. Fairchild would be interviewing for the Falcons' vacancy at quarterbacks coach.

New threads with important topics in the subject line alert people to news. It would be easier to just look at a subject and click on it to discuss it than click through what could become pages and pages of bits from KFFL.

I'll be interested to see what Hanson does here, whatever role that'll be.

Ok just wondering beause on some other boards they consider this spamming. But I guess you guys are the type that don't care just wanna have fun and talk ram football!... Shoulda found that out before
