Re: Official: Rams London Bound
Goodell trying to have a franchise in London? Really?
This ain't the International Football League. Plus, the travel for that team would be absolutely insane and I can't see them playing to the best of their abilities with jet lag every week.

Re: Official: Rams London Bound
I wonder if this was (unofficially) part of the deal when the NFL decided not to give Kroenke a hard time over the whole cross-ownership issue. If so, I think the tradeoff is a good one, as three games overseas is a small price to pay for an owner with an immensely deep pocket and a true desire to win.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Official: Rams London Bound
I dont see how a team in London could be competitive. What player would choose to play for a team with all of that travel? Any team would have to overpay to get good players I would think. Plus a complete disadvantage with preparation for games; although home field advantage may be pretty top notch.

Re: Official: Rams London Bound
I never had difficulty before. However, some of our members in the UK have stated that they've had problems getting tickets (readearlier posts in this thread). If getting tickets isn't an issue, nevermind. Although, I wonder if PSL holders in STL will have better seats available to them at a reduced price.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!
