There IS a huge differense in the level of talent between the Rams and there opponents this year. That's why there gonna have the first pick again. It isn't from lack of work in the off season or injuries. Let's face it, the caliber of the players the Rams are losing are nowhere near what other teams have. Danny Amendola was the Rams best WR. That in itself is the probem. The Rams talent bar is set lower. Anybody who expected the Rams to compete this season with this schedule was dreaming.

if the difference is that HUGE, then we need to look at replacing those responsible for acquiring talent. However, I think we have some talent, not like GB, but talent. I don't think we're getting what we need from the coaching staff at this point. I don't think ee need to replace Spags yet. However, we need to see significant improvement by the end of the season,
