Re: this is just pathetic...
The only defensive stop for the Rams D in the 2nd half was the fumble. Other than that they didn't stop anything. Tampa made adjustments at halftime and the Rams kept up their streak of devasting 2nd half turnovers alive with that pick in the endzone. yes they were outcoached.

Re: The Official Rams vs. Bucs Game Discussion Thread
Man, what a lame, pathetic performance that was, it's going to be a really long year.

Re: The Official Rams vs. Bucs Game Discussion Thread
Wait, I thought we hired Linehan to maintain the offense???? I mean, if nothing else, we hired him so we would still have a good offense. It's become clear that our offense is horrible, how much longer should Linehan be given? He can't even do the ONE thing he was supposed to.

Re: The Official Rams vs. Bucs Game Discussion Thread
It's rock bottom time.
This is where the team either steps up and changes things around (like last year, remember last year?) or collapses entirely with big players making big (and justified) complaints.
Next game is *the* game. Either they turn it around, or they fail utterly. This is where a team has to reach deep down and see if they have what it takes like they did last year, or if they have nothing and fall apart.
This year the Rams have something to prove, they can either walk away from this game pissed at themselves and ready to make things explode, or sad and depressed and collapse utterly.
Decision time.

Re: I don't care...We are simply awfull
Great analysis...
No doubt the 'glass is half full' brigade will find something to defend. But quite frankly, there is nothing left in the glass anymore..
I bleed Ram blood, I did in the 80's under John Robinson, and I did throughout the 90's.. (At least we scored touchdowns in the 90's!)
But at least in the 90's we knew we were bad, But with what we have talent wise right now, this really is a joke, and the coaches are miguided...
Wonder what Jim Mora would say to this!!!!

Re: Hey Rams
Interesting perspective. And true, heartbreakingly true.
Three points with the kind of offense we have. :\
Bulger*, Holt / Bruce / Bennett; Steven Jacksonnnn! ...Yes, we have a banged up OL but something should have been in working order by now that would help getting all these high-powered players to PUT POINTS were they belong from the get go, i.e., 1st quarter!
Now ... let's see how this game -- a game that we all agreed would be CRITICAL -- affects the team.
*. - I did not see the game. Was Marc playing hurt?
PS: Welcome to the Clan, Ntch! Sorry it is under such a difficult time for each one of us fans.Last edited by RealRam; -09-23-2007 at 04:33 PM. Reason: PS

Re: The Official Rams vs. Bucs Game Discussion Thread
He was playing bruised up yes, but that didn't really affect his passing game. I place the blame for the interceptions on Marc trying to make something from nothing in a desperate attempt to put points up.
