Re: *Official Rams vs Seahags Prediction Thread

in yahoo picks 1 (Jason Cole) of the 3 guys there are picking Rams. Yahoo users pick Rams by 70% and its a pick on the consensus. Cole and users have a higher prediction rate. So not everybody is sold Rams will win.

    Rams 20-13

It will be a close game despite Whitehurst starting. If we can play a good ST game and keep the penalties to a minimum we should be ok.

There is no point in being conservative, the Rams need to leave everything on the field and not underestimate the hawks. They are not good enough to underestimate anyone and survive it.

I think this will be a close game in the early goings. Until the better team gets a grip on this game late in the 3rd quater.

    Rams - 24
    Seagulls - 13

Doesn't matter which of their QB's start.

    24 - 13 Rams

Fletcher has a good game leading the D sunday.
The TE's will also have a big game, especially Fells.

Re: *Official Rams vs Seahags Prediction Thread

Wow, how typical. A Ram prediction thread against the Seahawks in which not a single poster picks against their team. No surprise, I have been seeing those predictions for years, even during the 10 game losing streak. Sure, the Rams have won more games than they have in the past, but this isn't an early season game in the home-dome. This game is going to be played in Qwest, something that the Rams' young QB has never experienced. A game that means win and your in for BOTH teams, not just the Rams. In the first game, I picked the Rams to win simply because I felt they were due and they did not disappoint.

Not this time. Long plane ride home and the stench of failure left in Bradford's mouth that will last an entire off-season. This game isn't about stats, matchups, records or habits. This game is a playoff game and no matter who starts at QB, the Seahawks are going to be playing another home game.

If I was a Rams fan, I would pray that Hasselbeck doesn't start, because that will keep the game closer. If you think that the Seahawks' 10 year starter and most effective QB in team history is going to lose what is potentially his last game in a Seahawk uniform against a team that he has spent the better part of his career whooping on have I got a surprise for you.

Bash away, just like some of you have done in the past, for simply posting my prediction. Or take away my access to post, as was also done in the past for not being a pro-Rams poster. This would also be typical. Talk to you Monday AM if I am still allowed to post.

Too bad he didn't "whoop" them in the game that mattered the most

I agree with most of the above itz time to look like a playoff team and our D should destroy whoever is the QB

    27-3

Rams with 8 sacks and 2 ints 2 fumbles recovered

Letz go into the playoffs with momentum!!!!!!!

    Dear Seagirl fan.

I've made predictions in previous threads going against the Rams. Actually have done that several times this year. So, not everyone is doing the homer routine.

But, on this game, I'm going to say the Rams are going to win. Perhaps I'm jinxing them. But I think we can win. Qwest isn't what it used to be. The fans are ready to bail on your team. If things start to go bad, they'll shut their mouths. Hasselback was never that great of a QB, and he certainly isn't today. Let him play.

    Errr.. Rams 21, Seagirls 14

Re: *Official Rams vs Seahags Prediction Thread

    Dear LeonerdLittlesLiver,

I think you are guilty of the same thing as us: Overestimating your team.

You actually expect us not to pick our team against a team that we beat 20-3 earlier this year? C'mon, we're fans here.

Sam has played in Mile High and won. I don't expect Qwest to shake him as much as you do. The fans might get to him at times, but completely derail a team? Isn't that a little much?

And I'm going to steal your Hasslebeck line for a sec... If you think that the Rams 6 year starter and most effective RB in team history is going to lose what is potentially his most important game in a Rams uniform against a team that he has spent the better part of his career whooping on have I got a surprise for you. Conclusion: Our players want it just as bad as yours.

I'm not trying to bash you here. Just want you to know that we aren't as blindly biased as you accuse. Some of us have legitimate reasons for picking our team.

Other than that, let's have a good game Sunday.

The Rams are a much better team. I won't try to convince you. Rather, I will let my teams play do the talking.

    Rams 17

    Seaqueens 20

*Josh Brown will bottle it and miss a crucial 30yd FG, and I think we'll find a way to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory.............. Please prove me wrong.
